The flat is situated within walking distance to the most vibrant area of the southern suburbs of Athens, Glyfada, where all the summer nightlife of Athens beats. Here you can find some of the best bars, clubs and restaurants in town. The flat is based in a very quiet and residential neighbourhood of Glyfada just 50 metres away from the main street of the area, where you can find all types of amenities, from supermarkets to souvlaki bars and cafes. Last but not least, the coastline is just 2km away where you can have a swim. There are buses on the main street (5 minutes by foot from the flat) that can take you to the nearest tube station and from there downtown Athens. It takes around 25 minutes to travel downtown by tube. You can also switch buses that can take you towards the beach or the summer clubs along the coastline in about 20 minutes. There is also lots of free parking space right outside the flat in case anyone rents a car or bike. The neighbourhood is very safe.
